Is there any good weight loss tips out there from people who have lost about 5-20 lbs?

Im 27 yrs old, female, 5'6 & fluctuate between 159-163 lbs. I would like to lose weight & shape up for summer. Can anyone give me any good weight loss advice & tips please? Thanks!
